I'm 5'10 and 135 pounds, how can I gain weight?

I tried to eat healthy … tried to take creatine with limited results. I've been working out and weight gain in this way, but only goes so far. my metabolism works faster than most Mexicans who cross the United States border. I am very active, but needs to reach 150 pounds. Diddly squat not eat healthy for my weight and I'm eating at McDonalds a lot and the conversion of this weight in the muscle through training. I press the chess machine weight 280 pounds, so I'm in shape, but lol need to gain weight so you can protect myself and my family in the future. I am also 19 years old!

Well, I was in the same boat as you. I was 5'8 138 makes a year. I was in good shape but was not gaining much weight. Same boat as you are now. You will probably get crucified for this, but I stopped working out hardcore for about 6 months and just eaten. When you eat breakfast or lunch or dinner you have to eat much more than they normally do. You have a high metabolism like me and that we that take more calories than weight gain than most people. I was taking in 3000 + calories a day (not all junk food). I sit in 150 at the point now, and I will start working again. However, to gain weight is to eat more calories than your body can burn. Also if you do a lot stop cardio exercises. That burns tons of calories.
