Having trouble picking a moveset for my Gyarados in Pokemon Emerald?

So, i’ve got my sixth badge and my Gyarados has gotten pretty far along in terms of trianing
Its currently level 37
with a moveset of
Surf, twister, bite, and rock smash
Well, as you can tell, the moves suck.
I don’t want to get rid of bite but anything else ill consider so please help out

alright listen dont get rid of surf but get rid of the others surf has 95 power and its affective against many types wat u do with bite is your oppion but keep your moves and train him till he learns dragon rage and go to the mall type thing and teach blizzar adn thunder then yoour moves will be
