Army regulations of driving privileges for restirction Wreckless driving without a ticket?
65 days ago, my sergeant and commander privliages took away my driving until further notice due to me being arrested was because of burn out. an article in 15 degree feild last 45 days over 45 days of restriction. I have not been convicted or received a fine of any kind and there is no documentation indicating that my privilege to be apart rovoked counsling high risk of my leaves. Then the army rules the length of the sentence and the state or the ability to comanders my post restict privliages when inccident was out of place and completely UN realated to the military. any information would be appreciated.
The base commander can permanently revoke your driving privileges in the database. The base commander does not need a conviction for any other court to do so. Since you are a member of the U.S. Army, anything that is not related to the military.
