Print Cloth

Glow in the dark fabric?
I'm looking for a print cloth not to be glow in the dark. I want to make a jacket for my dog. When going out at night, just so I can not see is why would the jacket in. If you know anywhere I could get some light in the dark fabric, please let me know. Thanks.
Im sorry but I'm not a fan of the jackets from here to there dogs, it just looks silly. I would say maybe a dog collar, I looked on Google for "glow in the dark dog collar" and found some results.
