Protoss Starcraft 2 game features

Starcraft 2 continues the saga that began in Starcraft with three races – Terran, Protoss and Zerg – fighting between other for control of the confines of the Milky Way. In this game you always assume the role of each of the three races to have a different perspective of the different parties the game. This means you need to use different gameplays for each segment.

Protoss

The Portoss have advanced technology and with powerful psionic abilities they possess, once considered to be the dominant race. However, in their battles with insurmountable numbers of Zerg, these skills were not sufficient. In the sequel to the original game, the Protoss are now at a crossroads and must begin to accommodate changes if they want to continue. Thus, in StarCraft 11 have new technologies and capabilities and are bringing old weapons to help in their struggle.

The psionic matrix remains part of the new game. This is a field of energy emitted by a pylon that forms the basis of the structure Protoss. A probe can distort buildings in an array, but since the powers of the matrix buildings if the buildings down, so does the matrix. There is a new unit called Prisma Starcraft 2 phase, which is a transport ship that can also transform a Pylon and emit their own psionic matrix.

The deformation of the technology has also been added to technology Protoss in the new game. This allows any unit of a Warpgate, which is a gateway to date, to become part of the psionic matrix at any location the battlefield. This gives a new role for the Phase Prism.

The strengths of Protoss have expanded in the sequel so that they include:

– More powerful and defense units

– Buildings that can deform into play

– Probes with the ability to build multiple structures at once

– Phase cannon that can attack land and air

– The ability to detect phase cannons invisible units

– Badges plasma that can regenerate

– Phase Prism can become a substitute parent pylon

– Prisms phase can deform the battlefield using an Updated Warpgate

– Colossus has the ability to travel up and down any terrain

The weaknesses of the Protoss in this new version are:

– The units are expensive and time consuming to build

– Buildings must be located within the matrix

– Buildings that are outside the psionic matrix go online

– Colossus is susceptible to the fight against air

Three of the maps for this game are:

– Dark Templar

– Vikings overcome

– Cracking Metro

The game is still under development and is likely be more additions before it is complete and accessible to the public. So far no release date has been announced. We know that the game on sale in all countries while for the players in a country does not get any advantage over the players around the world. This action is also possible to prevent piracy of the game in countries where it has not been released.
