How can attach a charm on a bracelet?
How can I add a charm as http://www.snakinc.com/BSNY2/images/heartCharm.jpg with a closed ring as a bracelet http://www.wherethewindsblow.com/images/jewelry/mah_jongg_where_the_winds_blow_Mah-Jong-Sterling-Charm-Bracelet.jpg Or is it impossible? Or I have to get someone to do this?
A link is a piece of metal bent into a circle. The link has a dot in the circle to open the link bending the metal from side to side. The result is a spiral-shaped. At this point we can circle link bracelet and the loop on the charm with the link. Then one is inclined the two ends back together to recreate a circle.

Have you ever decided to take a trip somewhere relatively unfamiliar? Suddenly, everywhere you look, there's something about your destination. In turn a television travel channel and it appears. If I think often about food then my world is full of food-related stimuli. I can see and attend food commercials, cooking shows, recipe sources, new restaurants, cooking utensils, "absolutely astonishing" cookware. If I consider myself a gourmet, to consider the appearance of the capsule and the sophistication of the ingredients. If I'm on a diet, I scan the details of how many carbohydrates, fat, how many grams of protein, the total caloric content. If my focus is health, I look for vitamins, minerals, and free radicals.
Whenever my particular approach, lying, really never mind: IT'S ALL ABOUT FOOD!
If we want to change that, to remove food from its central role in our lives, we need to stop thinking about it. There is a easy task, but you can do, though painful. The real question is how we do it.
Reread the last two pages. We color our world by the way its input filter. We will filter all the waste of food (excuse the pun) that we can and replace it with different input that will not make us fat.
What kind of stimuli we leave in?
Here is where they go in different directions, because each person has their own likes and dislikes. To a person, thinking about sex can be an excellent replacement for another football can be a pleasant change, while another might prefer to read a mystery novel.
What is important here is to take something you enjoy doing! You'll have plenty of time to work on the painful aspects of weight loss, but at this early stage, being comfortable is more important. Leave your tendencies toward martyrdom for later.
