Judges Guild

When someone joins a guild of actors, is his name legally changed automatically? Going before a judge?
He saw these actors and their original names. How are their names changed? I know that registering with a guild of actors, but the names go on the license or tax records?
When I joined SAG and AFTRA could not register my "real" name because another actor had already been registered. I use my real name on the day to day life. I can wear with anything related to acting. Passport, Driver's License in my "real" name. When I do temporary work, or have a "work regular, "I use my real name.
