I admit that I have a history with the original My Bloody Valentine released in 1981. I must have studied at least a half dozen times on HBO as I was making the journey from childhood through adolesence with the help of cable television. Even as a child I assumed it was too damn crazy. I am a bit surprised really took me to see the new version.

At the top of most of the original thought was trash I'm also a matter of private hate movies 3-D at this time. I found the 3-D version of Bolt I witnessed last year was annoying as hell. However, I've been kind of half hoping that would to see another good movie in 3D: the "good" implementation of 3-D instead of the film, but ideally both.

The boundaries act in horrible some of the young drivers. The plot is fairly slasher cardboard but is credited for trying to throw a murder puzzle component in the mixture. However, is hat in hand I have to admit, I had fun in this film.

It looks great and does exactly what it meant to do for this film. And in contrast to Bolt, who was easy on the eyes and had no throbbing headache lifeless, leaving the theater. So beautiful is the depth as shown impressive several scenes when things do not go flying off the screen at you. There are a few shots where the depth is amazing. Well done to the 3-D effects of the team.

The other things done well, with My Bloody Valentine 3-D are good and refreshing makeup and digital effects. I picture effects "Tweener" to be honest. I grew up with the model work, stop and go motion animation and matte paintings, but most of the young age of digital technology. Now we're in a film industry images that is fired is only a canvas for artists of effects. This is my long-winded way of informing you that more than half the time will not tell if a visible effect is real or digital film unless the research first. I can tell the blood effects here are pretty damn good.

Let to reach the blood, then, come on. After the first wave of slasher films in the late 1970s and early 1980s slasher films lost his testicles. Thanks to the MPAA's efforts to have the dominant language in the benefits brought many years of slasher films with almost any good scary Gore.

This is what a slasher movie should be. The violence that spend half the film and the other half servile laughter. For all those wasted hours watching horror movies it will be worthwhile if key shots had been authorized to continue for an extra 2.5 seconds to get the products in this film.

Furthermore, we all the stupid horror movie staples done to perfection. Free sex and nudity, cheese ONE LINERS in inappropriate circumstances, and cheap false false alarms.

If there is a real problem about the film is that really makes a half assed effort to build a poser cutting murder rate that play to the end, and in the middle of make things really start to slow down at noon the second second act. As freemen Morgan says in The Shawshank Redemption, whether you need to get busy livin ' or get busy dyin 'and not too long of a stretch in the middle of the movie where people are too busy livin'. But that's OK, not is really enough destruction, could only have been a little better rhythm.
