What are fun activities and games that children can play without making too much noise?

My husband works graveyard and children are on spring break. Let's go outside in good weather, but it has been raining a lot and we had to stay home. To watch movies, play legos, games table, video games, read and color, but does anyone have other ideas for fun activities or games?
