Children are never too young to be interested in mathematics and science. In fact, children are natural scientists and mathematicians. They are curious. They ask questions all the time. They like to explore and experiment. By encouraging their questions and help them explore and find the answers, you are building your interest in math and science. And children who have such experiences when they are too small to develop an enjoyment and confidence in mathematics and science to pay when they are older.

Like many parents have discovered, the toys they buy for our children are not always what they enjoy playing. How many parents have bought a toy cool your child only to have dropped, while the child hits a pot with a wooden spoon?

Children are full of curiosity limits and what they need is something (a toy or not) that will help them explore their senses or the world around them. What simple things we think are amazing discoveries a child. A tiny baby is fascinated by the fingers and what they do. A child is interested in making things sound when hitting the ground. A toddler playing ball can play for hours.

Anyway, I do not really need toys * *. My kids can have as much fun playing outside and running, the pattern or color, etc. Children have always had toys through history, granted not always been as striking as they are today. Toys comfort and help development.

Ask children what is tops on their list of Christmas and will most likely hear the game systems, DVD, mobile phones and iPods. Ask some adults what should top the lists of children for Christmas and is now likely to listen to books, toys that teach, toys imaginative play host, and sports equipment – reinforcing the idea that children learn best through play.

"For older children, a lot of things e is true, but we must think of how to balance that. If you do things electronic, a balance that gives them some things that are going to be Activation and other things that encourage creative thinking, "said Rebecca Isbell, director of the Center for Early Childhood Development and Learning at East Tennessee State University.

Play is important for children. It's how the practice of growth. Toys are the tools children use in play. Toys can be purchased, or can be as simple as cooking Pan lids or paper sack puppets. All children can play safely can be a toy. In fact, children may have seen open presents and noticed that she spent more time playing with the tape and adjust with the toy inside.

Try to remember two or three of his favorite toys. Were you created yourself or someone makes for you? All children are natural learners, constantly absorbing new experiences in their daily lives. Hence, playing with toys that play an integral role in this learning process.

All children develop at different rates, while some may be walking in another 10 months still stumbling and falling at 15 months. Some children have strong skills in a field, while others are experts in another field. Therefore the development guidelines be used as a general rule.

Some of the more educational games out there are simple wooden blocks and magnetic letters. You and your child can make words with them, classify them into groups, or see what makes the sound of each letter as you put in a tower or form. You can count them and add or subtract of the piles. Starting this process early can lead to big rewards when your child is ready to start reading and can be great fun, too. Books coloring, simple mazes and laptops to fill gaps with their own creations can encourage your child to exercise the small muscles in their hands so that when it comes time to start writing, they can control the pencils and crayons to make letters and numbers that they (and their teachers) can read.

Children do not "need" educational toys. Children do not need any particular type of toy. They can take the rocks and branches in the garden and play well happy! What we need is – to spend time playing with them and teach yourself the basics. While there are hundreds of toys out there that claim to teach the alphabet, phonics, numbers, basic math and reading, the first thing that helps your child learn all these is you. The toys will help give you visual and audio support, but are not necessary.
