What are the qualifications of the board / card game (s) for your computer?
I used to have two separate computer games. One of them was all board games, and all other card games. I am sure that the games were made from the same company, either. However, I do not think they were, but sure. The board games include backgammon, checkers, chess, and others. I think it also includes reversible. For card games, included 31, alone (of course), and some of auto racing card game. The characters to choose from including Jekyll and Hyde, and I think a magician? Do not remember if it was on the card, the board game, or both. I liked both cd's, however, accidentally misplaced when I moved. I would appreciate the titles, if possible. Thank you.
Not exactly sure what the title would be, but I would almost guarantee that were produced by Hoyle. I've had several games like those described and all were manufactured by Hoyle and I hope this helps some.

If you are interested in backgammon you may be interested to know that there are different varieties of backgammon and play in different parts of the world. One of them is known as Tavli.
Tavli is a Greek version of backgammon and gets its name from the Greek word for "board". Three separate sets up Bonus for all providing different rules and sequences of play. However, all three are usually played in games where players compete to make the best of three, five or seven games.
The first version of the game is known as Portes, which bears more similarities to backgammon as it is commonly played in the Western world. Players begin the game Portes with checkers set identically to those of a regular game of backgammon. However, players do not use a doubling cube for Portes, ie the game is played for fun instead of money. Nor is backgammon. Instead of two points constitute a Gammon and a normal win receives one point.
A variation Tavli second is known as Plakoto. The starting point of all the ladies in a game of Plakoto deviating from the rules set backgammon. A player must place your chips on the point of his opponent one to start the game and then move them to the Board in its home area to remove. There is no "glue" of the blots in Plakoto. However, if the spell trap your opponent in a space that must remain there until you decide to remove your concealer. This creates an interesting new twist to the game of backgammon. If the tester of the mother (the correcting past its starting point) is trapped by his opponent, you automatically lose the game along with two points.
The third variation known Tavli as Fevgo also requires players to start the game with all your chips at a point on the board. Beginning at a point at its extreme right, each player must move his 15 tiles on the board and release once they are safely in their area of origin on board. An important rule is that the spell Fevgo must first pass the point where your opponent has started before you can move any of the other tabs. As Plakoto, no shots in the game and a card is enough to dominate a point. Plakoto strategy differs from href = "http://www.backgammonmasters.com/"> regular backgammon as the player is not allowed to lift a cousin over six consecutive points. If your opponent is stuck behind his cousin, who is required to move a piece so he can play.
While rules deviate for each variation Tavli, some common points you should remember if you're interested in trying a game. All Bond games to use a dice game and players must determine who takes the first Time to throw the dice for a high number. The first player must then roll the dice again to take their turn. One point is awarded to the first player who successfully bears all their chips on the board. Bonuses for all variations are based on the enjoyment of the game alone, so no doubling cube is used for gaming purposes.
