How is the new version of risk?

I have eyes in the store a couple of times, but the pieces of new arrow turned me off. It makes the game speed? Is it as fun as the classic version? My friends and I tried to meet to play, especially during winter, but the amount of time it takes to play a full game with three people that keeps us from playing very often.
that has the same rules as "OPS black" .. black ops was just testing the new rules. You can still play the ordinary risk, or the use of the new rules that add different objectives to really accelerate and make everything go much faster.

The General Accounting Office has reported that the federal government is ignoring the rights of privacy of citizens. Not only is ignoring the guidelines, actions are being taken may server to put your privacy at more risk of being violated.
Government Run Amuck
Five agencies federal officials are accused of using the tools of electronic data mining issue of terrorism, apprehend criminals and prevent fraudulent conduct in general. In Using these tools, agencies are supposed to drop a set of guidelines designed to protect your privacy. None of the agencies are doing. In fact, they are doing exactly the opposite.
According to the GAO, the five federal agencies repeatedly failed to follow the guidelines. These failures “ it increased the risk that the personal information could be improperly exposed or “ alterada''o limited the ability of the population – including those individuals whose information was used – to participate in the management of such personal information.''
In the investigation of the situation, the GAO looked at five federal agencies. The agencies are the Department of Agriculture, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Internal Revenue Service, Small Business Administration and the Department of State. The GAO found that none of the agencies had complied with privacy guidelines and only three had even considered.
From this list, three groups are particularly worrisome. The IRS, of course, controls on highly sensitive information for each person in the United States. The Agency has already reported problems with staff and agents to give information by telephone to potential identity thieves. The FBI definitely need to track terrorists and criminals, but how comfortable you feel screening with government information on your person without restriction? The Small Business Administration is particularly worrying since it collects information detailed financial and background to determine whether to provide loans for small businesses. Enter the database would be like finding the Holy Grail of an identity thief.
Privacy rights are not the most glamorous of subjects, and who can dismiss them to the articles on hand. You will feel so different, however, if your identity is stolen.
