Team building activities and conference events are essential to boost morale and to allow colleagues and members know each other. Activities can be either physical or intellectual, but more importantly it should be fun. Here are some ideas for team building activities at the conferences and corporate events;

1. The Amazing Race – like the reality TV series, groups navigate through a course and will feature tracks on the road. The goal is for each team to try to be first through the pit stops.

2. Blind Obstacle course – Trust and commitment are the objectives of this activity, teams will have to navigate through an obstacle course blindfolded. This challenge is also helping with work on communication skills.

3. Trivia Night – Your team has to score as many points as possible by recalling the facts of history, geography, general knowledge, music and entertainment and many more.

12. Personality and Psychology profiling tools – Myers Briggs profiles and other tools can be used to highlight the skills and different types of behavior and identify gaps and areas for growth in teams and individuals.

14. Celebrity Head – The head of pin the name of a famous person in the back of each person. Each person must then seek information from other group members for the name of celebrity.
