Team building activities and conference events are essential to boost morale and to allow colleagues and members know each other. Activities can be either physical or intellectual, but more importantly it should be fun. Here are some ideas for team building activities at the conferences and corporate events;
1. The Amazing Race – like the reality TV series, groups navigate through a course and will feature tracks on the road. The goal is for each team to try to be first through the pit stops.
2. Blind Obstacle course – Trust and commitment are the objectives of this activity, teams will have to navigate through an obstacle course blindfolded. This challenge is also helping with work on communication skills.
3. Trivia Night – Your team has to score as many points as possible by recalling the facts of history, geography, general knowledge, music and entertainment and many more.
4. Treasure Hunt – The teams are given a series of clues to decipher that lead them to different places. Find out which of your teammates are the most competitive and susceptible to bribery and corruption. Once there are a number of questions to answer, things may have to find, and some the creative challenges that are sure to have the teams in hysterics.
5. Corporate Olympics – Get into the spirit of the Olympics. This activity may be subject to highlight the leadership, strategy and teamwork. With games like relays business, indoor beach volleyball, football, handball, hockey, archery, the emphasis is on fun.
6. Corporate Rowing, sailing or kayaking adventure – This activity requires coordination team and communication. Row your way to success in winning the confidence and work together to reach their destination.
7. Corporate Name Bingo – Bingo card is blank. Members get other members to sign his paintings. Everyone must fill their cards with the names. The first person to fill all the seats with the necessary information is declared the winner. This is an easy way for members of the group which among themselves individually and for the group.
8. Indoor Rock Climbing — Working in pairs to climb a wall. A person trying to climb the walls of the various crises, while the other will support them through the holding below rope. Teamwork is essential to meet this challenge.
9. – Survivor The objective of this activity is to enhance the experience of the team competing in a series of physical and mental challenges. Inspired by the reality TV series, this is traditionally outdoor activity suitable for conferences.
10. Activities Adventure – not for the faint of heart, choose fire walking, abseiling, rafting and more. This will test and push people through barriers to recognize their personal potential.
11. Murder Mystery activity – a murder mystery a challenge to all to think strategically and make the connection between facts to solve the crime. Entertainment and mentally stimulating this activity are exposed to group dynamics and activity is a group of construction equipment.
12. Personality and Psychology profiling tools – Myers Briggs profiles and other tools can be used to highlight the skills and different types of behavior and identify gaps and areas for growth in teams and individuals.
13. Day Golf – Golf Group of teamwork and exercise. Have at least two teams. Each person tees off. Below are shots fired from the team.
14. Celebrity Head – The head of pin the name of a famous person in the back of each person. Each person must then seek information from other group members for the name of celebrity.
