How can I get good arms, abdomen and chest with or without light weights only for the team?

You do not need extra weights to get strong arms, legs, etc. Use your body as your weight. Some examples: the military does not use weights to look at these boys. If you've heard of a great Herschel Walker corridor. Do not use weights until late in college and has an amazing body. So what is needed? Push-ups, how about as many as you can. 3 part time in a row, 3 times per day. Squats, lunges, squats, step ups, push-ups when your legs are raised higher, etc. etc. etc. Up-downs are a whole list of things you can do without having to obtain the weights of hard rock and bigger and stronger.

The term "Arm C" refers to a piece of machinery that has been widely used in hospitals across the last five decades. Arm C (also called X-ray image intensifier and fluoroscopy) uses X-ray images to create a "live feed" shown on the TV screen.
