With all the attention today to learn how to manage their career, it is surprising that one of the most important skills you need to succeed not receive much attention. That skill is the art of managing your boss.

This does not mean you need to agree with everything your boss says. When properly managed, disagreements can build your credibility and gain more support. Just make sure that both you and your boss are proposed for the same purpose.

2. ASK WIIFH? – Before presenting ideas to your boss, ask, "What is there for him?" Think about how its new objectives of her boss, goals and priorities. If you can show how your ideas will benefit from your boss, you are much more likely to get the support you want.

3. Under-Promise & Over-Deliver – is naturally want to impress your boss by making big promises.
